Increased efficiency and improved data management for high volume, high visibility workflow. Leverages ArcGIS Field Maps, Experience Builder, and automated notification process.

ROW Deep Link
Deep link integration of two primary systems of record and engagement for Right of Way departement: GIS and Document Management System. This project streamlined a common workflow, reducing clicks, allowing more time to focus on the actual task.

Aerial Imagery Strategy
Ushered in new imagery offerings including drone, satellite and LiDAR, following extensive external research and internal stakeholder engagement. This strategy has pushed the organization forward, leveraging advancing technology to benefit the operation.
GIS Program - KPI Dashboard
Established series of metrics related to routine work the Data Integration and GIS Team was responsible for and designed a semi-automated dashboard using Power BI and Python.
